• Access data, such as subscription state, product access, loader access signals, HWID-related security state, and account restrictions.
• Technical data, such as IP address, browser/device signals, cookies, session data, request logs, error logs, rate limit data, and security audit events.

2. How We Use Data

• To run the forum, accounts, chat, notifications, support, and product access checks.
• To prevent spam, abuse, ban evasion, account sharing, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
• To moderate posts, replies, chats, profiles, attachments, and user reports.
• To debug errors, improve stability, and understand which features are used.
• To communicate important updates through the site, forum, or Discord.

3. Cookies And Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage for authentication, CSRF protection, settings, drafts, cooldowns, interface preferences, and security checks. Blocking these may break login, posting, chat, or account features.

4. Third-Party Services

Forum data may be processed through infrastructure and service providers used by Sorrel Hub, including hosting, backend, database, authentication, storage, analytics/security tooling, Discord, and payment or marketplace services when relevant.

These services have their own policies. We only share data needed to operate the service, process support, protect accounts, or comply with valid requests.

5. Retention

Forum content may remain visible until deleted by the user or staff. Logs, moderation records, security events, and backups may be retained longer when needed for abuse prevention, dispute handling, security, or legal reasons.

6. Security

We use access controls, rate limits, CSRF protection, audit logs, moderation checks, and provider security features. No system is perfectly secure, so do not post passwords, tokens, personal documents, or private information in public areas.

7. Your Choices

• You can edit or delete some forum content when logged in.
• You can request account or data help through Discord support.
• You can clear local browser data, but this may log you out or reset local preferences.
• You can stop using the forum if you do not agree with this policy.

8. Age

The forum is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal data, contact staff so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates may be announced on the site, forum, or Discord.
